What You Can Expect
When you come into our health center, our goal is to give you a great experience! Here's what you can expect on your first visit. Step #1: When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our staff members. You will need to fill out paperwork to get ready for your consultation. If you'd like to fill out your paperwork before your appointment, you may download the forms here. Step #2: After you have filled out your new patient forms, you will have a consultation with one of our doctors to discuss your health and your goals. Step #3: The doctor will perform a comprehensive examination to determine if we can accept your case. Step #4: We will perform diagnostic tests (like x-ray) if the doctor thinks it would be beneficial. Step #5: Your first visit is now complete. Our staff will help schedule your follow up consultation where the doctor will go over your examination and test findings and let you know if your case has been accepted. A specific treatment program will be explained to you in detail. If your case has been accepted, we will begin treatment at this visit. Our staff will help explain the financial considerations, including insurance information and cash payment options. Step #6: Your care program will begin and continue as scheduled until your health problem has been fully healed, or until maximum possible improvement has been reached. Any further recommendations would be discussed at this point. |
